Quality and traceability
Every piece shipped has its material lot recorded in the case. Shipping only proceeds once the lot and the declaration of conformity are recorded. Each case keeps the declaration of conformity issued by the laboratory. After delivery, the warranty applies within the agreed period.
If a supplier warns that a lot has a problem, the laboratory checks which cases recorded that lot.
