Lead times and delivery
The lead time is set once the quote is approved. The clinic declares urgency before the quote. When the piece leaves, the status becomes Shipped; the clinic confirms receipt and the case becomes Delivered.
Urgency enters the quote as its own line. The surcharge is defined by the laboratory.
Shipping includes the transport documents and, where applicable, the customs package and the dispatch sheet.
